No engagement without a written agreement
Submitting the consultation form, exchanging email, or holding a scoping conversation does not create a consulting engagement. Services are performed only under a signed written agreement that defines scope, authorization, rules of engagement, deliverables, and fees.
Authorization for security testing
Security testing is performed only against systems the client owns or is expressly authorized to have tested, under written authorization obtained before testing begins. Craft Consulting Solutions, LLC does not perform testing against systems without that authorization.
No guarantee of security
Security testing and assessment services reduce uncertainty and identify weaknesses within a defined scope and time period. No assessment can identify every vulnerability, and no engagement makes an organization secure or guarantees that a security incident will not occur.
